Information we collect

A MatterMail private-pilot application also collects firm size, practice area, current intake method, and priority workflow so we can assess fit and prepare relevant follow-up questions. We may also receive standard technical information such as browser, device, IP address, referring page, and usage data through hosting and security systems.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate venture or product conversations, improve website reliability, protect systems, and prepare relevant discussions about Gander or Sukhi.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers, professional advisors, and collaborators where needed to operate the website or respond to the purpose for which the information was provided.

AI-assisted systems

Where AI-assisted systems are used in Gander products or workflows, they are intended to support extraction, research, triage, reconciliation, and reporting. Specific confidentiality, retention, and data-processing commitments apply only where agreed in writing.

Gander Google Ads Growth Agent

Gander Google Ads Growth Agent is an internal, review-gated application used only with Gander's own Google Ads account. Through the Google Ads API, it may access account identity, campaign and ad-group configuration, keywords and search terms, budgets and bidding settings, ads and assets, targeting, conversion configuration, and advertising performance metrics. Gander uses this information for internal reporting, conversion-health review, keyword and campaign planning, recommendations, approval records, and supported campaign-status management.

Access is limited to authorised Gander personnel. OAuth credentials are kept out of public and browser-side code, and operational records are protected using access controls appropriate to their purpose. Google Ads data is not sold, used for personalised advertising outside Gander's account, or shared except with infrastructure providers acting on Gander's behalf where needed to operate and secure the application, or where required by law.

Gander retains reporting and audit records only for legitimate operational, security, compliance, and legal purposes. An authorised account representative may revoke the application's Google access from their Google Account or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting ganderecom@gmail.com, subject to applicable legal and audit-retention requirements. Gander's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. We retain information for as long as needed for business, operational, legal, compliance, or security purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to applicable law, identity verification, and legitimate business or legal requirements.
